Terms and Conditions

At Caleigh's designs. I am committed to delivering high-quality custom design work. Due to the creative and personalized nature of our services, we have a limited refund policy to ensure fairness and protect the time and effort invested in each project.

We offer refunds in the following situations:

Refund Eligibility

• Before Work Has Begun:
  If you request a cancellation before any work has started, you are eligible for a  refund of your deposit or payment.
   
• Within 24 Hours of Booking (if no work has started):
  A full refund may be granted if you change your mind within 24 hours of booking and no design work has begun.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Work has already started on your project.
   
• You cancel after the agreed work has been partially or fully completed.
   
• You are unsatisfied with a design after final delivery, but it matches the original scope and reasonable revision rounds have been provided.
   
• You fail to provide required materials, feedback, or communication necessary to complete the project.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

• A project is canceled mid-way for reasons beyond either party’s control.
   
• We determine, at our discretion, that a refund is appropriate based on how much work has been completed.

Custom Products / Merchandise

If you’ve ordered physical products (like custom shirts, prints, etc.):

• We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or custom design errors approved by the client.
   
• If your item arrives incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a possible replacement.
